Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using DHL or Parcel Force.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
International Shipping
International delivery is currently unavailable at this time.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional postage fee.
Unclaimed or returned parcels will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at kbienkbn@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Pre-Orders or Delays
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped once all items are available.
We’ll keep you updated by email if there are any unexpected delays.
